Spectral Games S.A. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our applications, including Medieval Dynasty New Settlement and any other games or software made available through Meta Horizon or other platforms (collectively, the “App”).
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the App.
1. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time.
All updates will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the App after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
2. DATA WE PROCESS
When you use our App via the Meta Horizon platform, we process the following types of data:
a) User ID
• A unique identifier assigned by Meta to your account.
• Used to verify your identity within the App, synchronize gameplay progress, and enable platform features.
b) User Profile
• Limited profile data provided by Meta Horizon (such as display name, avatar, and friends list, if shared through platform APIs).
• Used solely for in-game social interactions and personalization features.
c) In-App Purchases and/or Downloadable Content
• Data about virtual goods, items, or DLCs you purchase or access within the App.
• Used to deliver purchased content, restore purchases, and prevent fraud.
We do not collect any sensitive personal data (such as biometric, health, or financial data) and do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or advertising purposes.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We process user data for the following legitimate purposes:
• To provide and operate the App and its features;
• To enable user authentication and cloud save functionality;
• To fulfill and manage in-app purchases and downloadable content;
• To maintain user experience consistency and prevent fraud or misuse;
• To comply with legal obligations.
All processing is performed in accordance with Meta’s Developer Data Use Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

• With service providers – for technical hosting, analytics, or support (under strict confidentiality agreements).

If you delete your Meta account or revoke permissions, your related data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days.

However, no system is completely secure; use of the App is at your own risk.
8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our App is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us at privacy@spectralgames.com, and we will remove it promptly.
